Event planning questions, answered
Every answer starts with clarity.
The answers below explain how Paragon works with clients, designs intimate gatherings, and confirms each event scope in writing.
Yes. Paragon is intentionally built for remote collaboration. Consultations, creative direction, planning, budget tracking, and vendor coordination happen virtually. When on-site support is needed, coordination and travel can be included in a custom proposal.
Paragon is not a venue. We can define venue criteria, research options, and help you compare proposals. You select, contract with, and pay the venue directly, which keeps ownership and costs clear.
Yes. Paragon offers a curated inventory of décor and tabletop rental pieces, including candlelight, vessels, chargers, glassware, and styled accents. Rental availability, quantities, delivery, setup, styling, and pickup are confirmed in a custom proposal. Physical styling or installation is available when it is specifically included in your scope.
Paragon is best suited to meaningful milestone celebrations, intimate elevated gatherings, and organizational or community events where guest experience, thoughtful design, and structure all matter.
Earlier is always helpful, especially when venue or vendor sourcing is required. For full planning, begin several months ahead when possible. Strategy sessions and focused blueprints can often begin sooner, depending on availability.
