An intimate candlelit gathering in an elegant conservatory
Veteran-owned event design & planning | St. Louis & nationwide

Purposeful gatherings. Polished execution.

Veteran-led event strategy, planning, and creative direction for meaningful experiences that feel warm, intentional, and beautifully composed.

Paragon Occasions & Décor is a veteran-owned event design and planning studio based in St. Charles, Missouri, serving the St. Louis area and clients nationwide, with on-site support by proposal.

The Paragon point of view

Elegance is not excess. It is the confidence that comes from every choice having a reason.

A beautiful event begins with a meaningful why.

Before the colors, tables, and timelines, we ask what this gathering should make people feel—and what they should carry with them when it ends.

Then we give that intention structure: clear decisions, aligned partners, thoughtful design, and a process that allows you to feel supported from beginning to end.

Frequently asked

Event planning FAQ

Clear answers.
Confident beginnings.

Every successful collaboration begins with clarity. Here is what to know before you inquire.

Yes. Paragon is intentionally built for remote collaboration. Consultations, creative direction, planning, budget tracking, and vendor coordination happen virtually. When on-site support is needed, coordination and travel can be included in a custom proposal.

Paragon is not a venue. We can define venue criteria, research options, and help you compare proposals. You select, contract with, and pay the venue directly, which keeps ownership and costs clear.

Yes. Paragon offers a curated inventory of décor and tabletop rental pieces, including candlelight, vessels, chargers, glassware, and styled accents. Rental availability, quantities, delivery, setup, styling, and pickup are confirmed in a custom proposal. Physical styling or installation is available when it is specifically included in your scope.

Paragon is best suited to meaningful milestone celebrations, intimate elevated gatherings, and organizational or community events where guest experience, thoughtful design, and structure all matter.

Earlier is always helpful, especially when venue or vendor sourcing is required. For full planning, begin several months ahead when possible. Strategy sessions and focused blueprints can often begin sooner, depending on availability.

Complete the inquiry form with your event details. You will receive next steps to determine fit, select the right level of support, and schedule an initial conversation.
